Your first visit will include a comprehensive skin consultation where we'll assess your skin type, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the most suitable treatments. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete our consultation form.

While our regular business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we do offer weekend appointments by special request. Please contact us to discuss availability and arrange a suitable time.

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Please arrive with a clean face (no makeup if possible) and avoid using any new skincare products 24 hours before your appointment. We'll provide specific pre-treatment instructions when you book, depending on your chosen treatment.
